1. Applicant direction
You direct ScaleKit Financing, operated by Arch Ventures LLC, to disclose relevant application information to the financing providers identified to you on the application or in writing before disclosure, solely for evaluating or responding to your financing request.
2. Information disclosed
- Identity and contact information.
- Business identity, ownership, entity, industry, location, time-in-business, and customer information.
- Revenue, profitability, requested amount, financing purpose, product preference, and estimated credit range.
- Application documents, financial records, verification information, and authorization records you submit or later approve.
- Other information reasonably necessary for the identified provider to evaluate or process the requested transaction.
3. Identified recipients
The provider name shown on the application or separately disclosed to you before transmission is an identified recipient. If no provider is identified when you submit the preliminary profile, ScaleKit must identify the intended provider before transmitting application information. More than one provider may receive information only when each recipient is identified to you and the disclosure falls within this authorization or another valid authorization.
4. Independent provider practices
Each provider independently determines eligibility, underwriting, rates, fees, terms, required documentation, and approval. A provider may retain the information it receives under its own privacy notice and legal obligations even if it does not make an offer, you decline an offer, or no financing is completed.
5. Provider communications
An identified provider may use the contact information disclosed with your request to make non-automated or transaction-related communications concerning that request as permitted by law. Automated or marketing calls and texts require any separate consent required by law; ScaleKit's optional marketing consent does not automatically authorize independent providers' marketing.
6. Revocation and prior disclosures
You may withdraw this authorization for future ScaleKit-controlled disclosures by contacting funding@scalekitfinancing.com. Withdrawal becomes effective after a reasonable processing period and does not reverse disclosures already made at your direction or require an independent provider to delete or stop processing information it lawfully received. Contact each provider directly regarding its records and communications.
7. No guarantee or endorsement
Identification or disclosure does not guarantee an offer and does not mean ScaleKit endorses the provider or that a product is available in your state. Review provider terms and disclosures before proceeding.
